What will happen during the 30 Days

A Challenge Prompt will be shared at the WhatsApp Announcement group daily from October 1 - 31. Participants are free to follow or select a practice from the Challenge List that resonates with them, feels most accessible, or sparks their interest that day. See “30 Challenges” page. for the full list.

We encourage the participants to engage fully in the practice. Notice their sensory experience, thoughts, emotions and habitual response as they arise. The intention is simply to be fully engaged in the moment.

We encourage the participants to reflect on the moment, keep a simple, private ‘Presence Journal’ with a mobile app, electronic notes, paper journal etc to record their feelings and experience after each Practice, in text, photo, drawing or combination of all.

Register with us by 21st September to join the journey. Joys 30 is organised on a not-for-profit basis, and all participation fees go directly towards supporting the programme. We invite everyone to choose an amount that feels right for them, based on their circumstances and means. We recommend a contribution of HK$100–300.
